1. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION 
   The Organizer of this Competition is Tobii Tech AB, Karlsrovägen 2D, SE-182 53, Danderyd, Sweden. The Administrator of this Competition is SPACEFWD SRL, Av. des Anc. Combattants 2B5, 5060 Auvelais, Belgium.
   1. This Competition will be governed by these terms and conditions. By means of their registration to enter this Competition, Entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
   2. This Competition is open to Entrants (natural persons only) aged 16 and over only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer and/or Administrator, their respective parent, subsidiaries or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this Competition. Parental consent is required for participants under 18 years of age.
   3. This Competition is available worldwide except for residents of the following countries: ARGENTINA, BELIZE, BAHAMAS, BOLIVIA, BRAZIL, CAYMAN ISLANDS, CHINA, CHILE, COLOMBIA, COSTA RICA, CRIMEA AND SEVASTOPOL, CUBA, DAESH, DOMINICA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, FALKLAND ISLANDS, FRENCH GUIANA, GUATEMALA, GUYANA, HAITI, HONDURAS, IRAN, IRAQ, JAMAICA, MACAU, MEXICO, NICARAGUA, NORTH KOREA, PANAMA, PARAGUAY, PERU, PUERTO RICO, SOUTH GEORGIA AND THE SOUTH SANDWICH ISLANDS, SUDAN, SURINAME, SYRIA, URUGUAY and VENEZUELA.
   4. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary.
   5. Only one (1) participation per individual as determined by email address. An individual may acquire multiple entries as part of their participation, as detailed in section 3.
   6. In case of non-compliance with any of these rules or any behavior that is considered defamatory, offensive or illegal the Organizer reserves the right to reject the Entrant from the Competition.
   7. The Organizer takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Proof of receipt is only when the participant actually receives the email confirming their participation
   8. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
       
2. COMPETITION DETAILS
   1. The Competition starts at 1000 CEST August 18th 2025 and closes at 2359 CEST September 10th 2025.
   2. To enter the Competition, Entrants will be asked to fill in a form providing their email address. On the same platform, Entrants will accrue points and entries by completing one action per day:

   3. Participants are able to collect additional entries, at the rate of one (1) entry per hour (1) after having linked their Tobii anniversary account with their Twitch account, by watching partnered streamers on Twitch.
      
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZE
   1. There will be one hundred eighty (180) winners including one (1) main winner.
   2. 2. The main winner of the Competition will be the one (1) entrant whose entry will be randomly drawn amongst all entries using a random number generator (random.org)
   3. The other winners of the Competition will be the one hundred seventy four (179) entrants who have successfully completed a respective day’s action, and were randomly drawn amongst all entries of the day using a random number generator (random.org)
   4. The winners will be informed that they have won by the Organizer or Administrator via email, using the email address they have provided at the latest 72 hours after the end of the competition.
   5. The winners may be requested to provide further personal data in order for the Organizer or Administrator to contact them. In the event the email is returned as undeliverable, or a winner declines a prize, the relevant entry will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen using the same methods mentioned in 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3. The Administrator will fulfill shipment of the prizes and will contact the winners to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the prize within a time period determined by the Administrator, and as communicated in the email with the winners.
   6. The winners will need to confirm their information within 48 hours of being contacted by the Administrator.
   7. The Competition’s one (1) main winner will win one (1) MSFS 2025 Collector's Edition (MSRP 260€ / $260), one (1) Star Citizen Ship (MSRP 110€ / $110) and one (1) Tobii Eye Tracker 5 (MSRP 279€ / $329)

4. YOUR PRIVACY AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
   1. By entering the competition, the following data of the entrants will be captured by the Administrator: Name, address and email address.
      
      By entering the Competition, the entrant grants the Organizer and/or the Administrator the right to contact them regarding their submission. By participating in the Competition, entrants hereby agree to the Organizer collecting and using their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Organizer’s privacy policy at https://www.tobii.com/group/privacy-policy/
      
      By entering this Competition, you will be deemed to: (i) have accepted these Terms and Conditions; (ii) warrant that any information you submit is accurate and relates only to yourself.
       
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
   1. Organizer and their agents are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Competition; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition or the processing of entries.
       
6. GOVERNING LAW
   1. These Competition terms and conditions will be governed by Belgian law.
      
      The Competition site and all other aspects of this promotional operation are administered, handled and dispatched on behalf of Tobii Tech AB by the Administrator:
